摘    要:高校人文社科学报要取得质量和特色的双重效应 ,必须多层次、多角度地培植自己的品牌栏目 ,要强化区域文化的人文意识 ,要具备创立品牌栏目的学科意识 ,要有捕捉高新视点的前瞻意识。
