| Abstract: | It is found that the corporate cultures of Chinese and Japanese enterprises have both similarities and differences, when the two are compared with each other. If the Chinese enterprises positively absorb the best part of the Japanese corporate culture, then Chinese corporate culture will be greatly promoted. |
