| 摘 要： | 介绍了民主的含义、本质及民主监督的机理。阐述了公民权利是行政监督力量的源泉;增强公民对权利的监督意识,构建民主政治的坚实基础;民主的监督力量要依靠公民权利来体现。指出了我国行政监督有效性的不足和必须强化民主制度对行政权力的监督作用。

| Abstract: | It introduces implication,essence and supervision principle of the democracy.Civil rights are the source of administration supervision.The supervision power of democracy system relies on the democracy rights of citizens.In order to promote the administration supervision,consciousness of rights must be reinforced.The article points out that the deficiency in effectiveness of the administration supervision system of our country.Only if supervision system of our country is built on the basis of the development of democracy system,its effectiveness could be boosted up further. |
