| 摘 要： | 人口老龄化是世界各国面临的共同难题,我国也毫无例外地面对银发浪潮的冲击。本文分析了当前我国社会人口老龄化的特征及带来的严峻挑战,并从不同角度提出相关对策分析。

| Abstract: | The population aging problem,as one of the main social problems,has been paid much attention by all the countries in the world,and China has to face the challenge of the aging without exception.In this thesis,the author will give an overview of the current issue of the aging and point out the severe challenges which the aging brings about. At the same time,the author will provide the solutions to the problem from different perspectives. |
