| 摘 要： | 在机遇与挑战并存的时代,高校教师要带好一支创新的学生团队,必须以中国特色社会主义理论体系为指导,以培养学生创新素质为准则,全面提高学生的专业素质和人格修养,调动学生的积极性,激发学生的创造力,引导学生树立正确的人生观、价值观,以积极向上的心态面对人生。在社会实践中,用主流思想培养学生,为大学生创新团队注入新的生机和活力。
