| 摘 要： | 对现代社会的发展而言,历时性已经淡化,当下的发展是共时性的,是挤压式的,是爆炸型的[1].当前中国文化生产力发展的基本理念设计,应以"科技创造"为基础、以"人文创意"为前锋;其发展模式则体现为以"信息经济"为下位驱动,以"创意经济"为上位牵引这样一种"梯级推进"模式.
