| Abstract: | This paper reviews the historical development of the faculty employment-appointment system in overseas and domestic colleges and universities. The problems in the faculty employment-appointment system in Chinese higher-education institutions and their reasons are studied. Then the author puts forward several tactics during the enforcement of this system. |
