“联话”释义

联话是以楹联这种文学样式为主要话语对象的一种独特的传统文论体式,是我国传统文论整体不可缺少的有机组成部分。它具有四大主要功能：一是辑录、保存历代联作;二是评论楹联作品的得失;三是介绍写作背景;四是考释文本。联话之体生成于清代道光年间,是在楹联创作走向繁盛的基础上直接受到历代诗话、词话及文话影响的产物。

AN INTERPRETATION OF"NOTES ON YINGLIAN"

Notes on Yinglian, as an organic part of traditional Chinese literary criticism, is preoccupied with the literary genre of Yinglian, which came into being in the reign of Daoguang, Qing Dynasty, produced under the direct influence of notes on poetry, ci and essay on its way to prosperity. Notes of Yinglian serves mainly for the four purposes： collecting and preserving Yinglian along history, criticizing the work of Yinglian, introducing the creating background and researching the work of Yinglian.
