| 摘 要： | 新的世纪给我国的法学教育带来了新的挑战。本文通过对我国社会的现实情况和法学教育传统的分析 ,认为我国高等法学本科教育的培养目标应是法律实用型人才。并在此基础上提出了改进本科法学的教学方法、课程设置和提高教师素质的建议

| Abstract: | This paper analyses the situation of Chinese law education in the college stage and makes a conclusion that colleges should develop and train persons who are able to handle law cases. Based on this conclusion, the paper puts forward some suggestions on improving Chinese law teaching method in college. |
