| 摘 要： | 83例患子宫内膜炎奶牛被随机分为5组,1—3组分别以30ml、50ml、80ml自制“宫炎宁”灌注于子宫内,4—5组分别灌注土霉素和氯霉素。结果表明:灌注80ml宫炎宁组综合疗效较好。1—3组共治愈62例,好转5例,总有效率为91.94％。三个情期受胎率为82.22％,其疗效、配种受胎率极显著高于土霉素组(P<0.01),配种受胎率显著高于氯霉素组(P<0.05)。宫炎宁对急、慢性子宫内膜疗效差异不显著(P>0.05),但治愈配种受胎率急性为94.44％。慢性为65.38％,差异极显著(P<0.01)。

| Abstract: | 83 patient cows with endometritis were divided into five groups. Three groups of Gong Yan Ning injection of 30ml, 50ml, 80ml and contrast groups of Terramcinum (4%) 100ml and Chloramphenical 2. 5 million iu were poured into uteurs respectivly. The results showed that the third group had the highest curative rate which was 91. 94% (57/62),and pregnacy rate was 82. 22% (51/62) during three estrous cyc'es. So the effectiveness of this medicine was better than Terramcinum (P<0. 01) and Chloramphenical (P<0. 05). |
