| 摘 要： | 《食品安全法》是我国食品安全领域首部统一的法律，汇集了学术界和实务界众多专家和学者的智慧，引入了诸多国内、外先进的立法与执法经验，为我国的食品安全监管提供了有力的法律依据。这部法律有许多亮点，但因我国的食品安全形势复杂，一部新生的法律难以完全应对，其尚存在一些欠缺和不足，需要逐步改进和完善。
