《食品安全法》的不足与完善

摘    要:《食品安全法》是我国食品安全领域首部统一的法律,汇集了学术界和实务界众多专家和学者的智慧,引入了诸多国内、外先进的立法与执法经验,为我国的食品安全监管提供了有力的法律依据。这部法律有许多亮点,但因我国的食品安全形势复杂,一部新生的法律难以完全应对,其尚存在一些欠缺和不足,需要逐步改进和完善。
