摘    要:根据顾客让渡价值理论,供电企业应抓住电能品质、供电服务、电能价格这三个关键因素,努力提升产品总价值,降低用电客户的货币成本与非货币成本,实现供电企业与用电客户双方良性互动和双赢的目标。

Abstract:According to the customer concession value theory, the power supply enterprises should take hold of the three key factors of quality, service and price. In order to realize the good interaction between the supplying companies and their respective customers and to attain the double-winning objective, it is imperative to upgrade the total value of electric products while lowering the cost of customers in terms of monetary and non-monetary forms.
