加强城市贫困群体的思想政治工作,就要紧紧把握该群体成员所具有的心理思想特征,通过建立健全城市贫困群体的思想政治工作组织、优化其思想政治工作环境、矫正其认识偏差、转变其就业观念等方式,充分促进其个人自救,使该群体无论在思想上、心理上还是在实际的生活工作中从根本上摆脱困境。

PSYCHOLOGY OF THE BODY OF URBAN POOR PEOPLE AND IDEOLOGICAL AND POLITICAL WORK

In order to strengthen the ideolgical and political work of the body of urban poor people,we should firmly take hold of psychological and feeling characteristics of members of the body,make them completely free themselves from dilemma ideologically and psychological as well as in their practical life through setting up and improving their organization of ideological and political work,perfecting the environment of ideological and political work,correcting the errors of their realization,changing their sense of taking up the employment and others to promote them save themselves.
