摘    要:中国企业管理理论领域从不同视角发展的企业软实力理论,体现了中国传统管理思想的"企业文化意识"、"品牌情结"和"和谐观"。软实力理论的这一发展是中国传统管理思想重视软性资源的"资源观",以及软实力理论本身与资源基础理论相契合的结果,是中国传统与现代管理思想相结合的一个典范。

Abstract:The corporate soft power theory,which has developed from various perspectives in the field of management theory for Chinese enterprises,embodies the Chinese traditional management ideas such as "corporate culture consciousness","brand preference" and "harmony view".Such development in soft power theory reflects a "resource view" of Chinese traditional management ideas to attach great importance to soft resources.The soft power theory itself fit well with RBT,the result of which is a typical example of combining Chinese tradition and modern management ideas.
