| 摘 要： | 素质教育的核心是德育，在进行德育中应把培养学生高度的社会责任感作为最终的追求目标，这是使德育收到实效的关键所在，因此，素质教育就是要增强学生的普通责任意识，使他们在步入社会后能够自觉承担社会责任，履行社会义务，为社会做出应有的贡献。

| Abstract: | Moral education is the centre of all-round education. In moral education, the training of students' sense of social responsibility should be the ultimate goal. This is the key to the effectiveness of moral education. As a result, all-round education is to strengthen the general sense of responsibility so that they can shoulder the social responsibility after stepping into the society. |
