| 摘 要： | 大学生人格的健康发展决定了大学生未来的成就。民主教育有特定的内涵和丰富的内容。高等教育阶段大学生人格发展出现偏差,可以通过民主教育来纠正。应该以民主教育为指导,培养大学生的独立人格,锻炼大学生在互惠、平等、信任的水平型社会生活网络中的团结协作能力,为今后的发展打下良好基础。

| Abstract: | The sound development of university students' character decides their future achievement.And education in democracy is of great significance in correcting the deviation of the students' character development.At present,we should take democracy education as the guide,cultivate the students' independent character,and foster their spirit of unity and cooperation,thus laying a solid foundation for the sound development of their character in the future. |
