外商直接投资对我国产业集群发展的影响及对策

外商直接投资对我国地方产业集群的形成和发展起到了重要的推动作用,但外资拉动型产业集群也存在外资根植性差、与本地企业关联度低、外资企业凭借技术优势压制内资企业的利益空间、集群发展缺乏稳定性和可持续性等问题。因此必须加强集群的环境建设,增强内、外资企业的配套关联度,提高外资的社会网络根植性水平,同时要积极推进本地中小企业科技进步,建立并维护集群内自律机制,改善内资企业在集群内的不利地位,避免内资企业间的恶性竞争。

The Influence and Countermeasure on Industrial Cluster by Foreign Direct Investment

Foreign direct investment has played an important role in promoting the formation and development of local industry cluster,but the foreign capital pulling industry cluster's foreign capital is rooted poorly in the nature,it has such issues as low correlation with local enterprises,foreign-funded enterprises with technological advantages to suppress the benefit space of domestic capital enterprises and lack of stability and sustainability.Therefore,we must strengthen the environment construction of the cluster and enhance matching correlation between foreign capital enterprises and domestic capital enterprises,raise the level of foreign investment in the social network embedment.Meanwhile,we must positively promote the medium and small enterprises in technology and science,establish and maintain a self-discipline mechanism within the colony,improve domestic enterprise in a disadvantageous position within the colony and avoid vicious competition among domestic enterprises.
