| 摘 要： | 金融发展理论以及大量的实证研究成果已经论证了金融发展对经济增长的正相关关系,但是,对于金融如何作用于经济的机理分析尚有待于进一步深入。本文从投融资与产业结构调整的角度阐释金融与经济的关系,揭示投融资活动在区域产业结构调整中的作用机理。
