构建大学生资助工作队伍的路径分析

大学生资助工作是高校学生工作中的一项重要组成部分,是关系到高校和社会安全稳定的重要工作,但因工作队伍建设一直未引起重视,大学生资助工作举步维艰,很难得以顺利开展。本文试从分析大学生资助工作队伍现状分析入手,指出加强大学生资助工作队伍建设的重要意义,并提出构建大学生资助工作队伍建设的新途径。

On Methods of Building a Staff working for College Student Finance Assistance

The work of College Student Finance Assistance is not only an important part of student services in university,but also a significant work involving the security and stability of university and society.However,the work is getting nowhere,because it has not been given emphasis to build a staff for the work at all times.This paper,from analysing the current condition of the staff working for College Student Finance Assistance,attempts to point out the significance of improve the quality of the staff,and proposes a new method to build such a staff.
