关于现阶段我国分配制度的几点思考

文章认为应该把现阶段我国按劳分配与按要素贡献分配相结合的分配制度,从分配数量和分配关系两个方面结合起来分析,而不能仅仅依分配的数量关系把按劳分配与按要素贡献分配等同起来;认为按劳分配制度是对社会主义所有制基本制度的完善和补充;认为现阶段我国分配货币化是按劳分配制度在社会主义市场经济条件下的发展;最后指出在不同所有制的混合经济中,应区别按劳分配与按要素贡献分配的具体结合形式。

Reflection on the Chinese Distribution System at Present Stage

We think that when analyzing the distribution system according to work and according to essential contribution at present stage,we ought to analyze it by combining the quantity with the connection of distribution,and we can't just equate distributin according to work and according to essential contribution.Moreover,we think the distribution system according to work is a consummation and complement of the socialist ownership system.Thirdly,we think the currencization distribution at present stage is the development of the distribution system according to work in socialist market economy.Lastly,we think that we ought to distinguish the concrete combining form of the distribution system according to work and according to essential contribution in the mixed economy of the different ownership system.
