论我国农业集约化经营发展存在的问题及对策

农业集约化经营,是实现农业经济可持续发展的有效途径,是当前和今后我国农村经济发展的根本方向。其目前存在的问题,主要是农业基础设施还不够理想,产品质量不高,社会化服务体系还不够完善,集约化经营理念缺失。文章认为,应帮助建立和扶持集约化经营的企业,重视农业科技队伍建设,提高农民的从业素质,不断完善农业的社会化服务系统,用足用活中央政策,重视发展农地经营权流转的市场。

On the Problems and Countermeasures of the Intensive Management of Agriculture

The intensive management of agriculture is an effective approach to achieving sustainable development of our rural economy.The present problems mainly center around such aspects as agricultural infrastructure,product quality,social service system and deficient intensive management.Therefore,the paper puts forword some countermeasures including helping to establish intensive management enterprises with specialists and technicians trained to improve the education of farmers,taking advantage of the central government’s policies to develop the circulation market of the managerial rights of farmlands within the socialized service system.
