| 摘 要： | 在对舟山市外向型企业人才调研的基础上,就我国加入WTO后,根据舟山实际情况,探讨研究本市企业外语复合型人才开发与培养的问题,并对担负语言培训任务的浙江海洋学院外语专业的课程设置和课堂教学提出了改革意见,以求该专业毕业生尽快适应今后社会的需要。

| Abstract: | On the basis of the research into the e xport -oriented enterprise talents in Zhoushan City and according to the actual situation in Zhoushan after the entry into the WTO,it is high time to discuss and study t he problem of exploiting and trainin g inter -disciplinary talents ma-joring in foreign languages for the e nterprises in Zhoushan.Besides,in this paper,some reasonable suggestions are made to reform the course offerings and classroom teaching me thods for the foreign language department of Zhejiang Ocean University which is in charge of the foreign langu age training so that the graduates from t he specialty can meet the needs of the society as soon as possible in the very near future. |
