| Abstract: | Scientific and technological resource is playing a more and more important role in the new economic era,and it has been a vital strength in the economic construction and social development. For a long time, due to the influence and trammel of the plan economy, the local economic constructions are out of joint, which limits the catalysis and motile function of scientific and technological resource in universities. The article mainly puts forward the following aspects that we should deeply analyze and deploy the technological resource of university in Shenyang and promote the development and the innovation ability of scientific and technological development, and make contribution to the developmemnt in economic society,then points out the present problem and gives us the corresponding strategy. |
