| Abstract: | By comparison this paper reviews the history of the system of compensation of the victims,and it argues its theoretical basis,and reveals its vital importance as a part of social security law.It also suggests that we should draw lessons from foreign legislative foundations and set up a system of compensation of victims according to the realities in China. |
