| 摘 要： | 分析了受教育权的内涵,分别从国际法和外国法角度对受教育权进行了详细的分析,最后给出我国法律对受教育权的阐释。结论认为：作为一项基本人权,受教育权在各国法律规范中都进行了比较明确的定位,得到了宪法规范和宪法制度的肯定。

| Abstract: | This paper analyzes the connotation of education right from the perspective of international law and foreign law in detail,and then gives the education interpretation of China's laws.The conclusion is that all legal norms give clearly position and it obtains the affirmation of constitution and constitutional institution as a basic human right to education in countries. |
