| 摘 要： | 对物质帮助权在东西方的实现进行分析对比,以探索物质帮助权实现的制度架构,论述了我国在物质帮助权的实现方面存有的不足,包括作为宪法权利的缺失、司法救济的缺乏及理论研究上的滞后,并提出了相对的解决方案,指出需要从完善立法、推进司法救济和提升理论研究等方面予以完善和发展。
