论元认知与日语阅读

摘    要:研究了元认知的内涵与结构,指出元认知由元认知知识、元认知体验、元认知监控三部分组成;认为它是认知活动的核心,在认知活动中起着重要的作用。分析了日语阅读中的困难和阅读中常见的元认知活动,提出了通过提高教师的元认知水平、引导学生掌握元认知知识和创设元认知教学环境来提高学生的元认知能力。
