| Abstract: | When there is something to do with culture in translation, the usual ways to deal with are adaptation and alienation. The advantage of adaptation is that it is easier for the readers to accept and understand the translation. The alienation fully shows the variety of cultures and is good to the communication between different cultures. Whether to choose adaptation or alienation is according to the actual situation. But alienation is more in the trend of global cultural communication. |
