| 摘 要： | 互联网的出现给媒体产业和新闻业带来了多方面的冲击和挑战。网络最大的特点是它的互动性，网络技术改变了传播模式，把大众传播和人际传播结合。媒体技术创新（网络媒体）给媒体产业和新闻业种种挑战，并在全球范围内改变了传播模式和记者的职业行为。
