“全面两孩”政策背景下托幼服务研究:综述与展望

在对托幼服务概念辨析和类型展开分析的基础上,从理论、政策、实证三个方面对国内外托幼服务相关研究进行综述。发现,在我国已实施全面两孩的政策背景下,国内托幼服务相关研究存在三个方面的不足:第一,相关政策和实证研究缺乏本土化的理论指导;第二,缺乏对托幼服务供给和需求的系统研究;第三,尚无对托幼服务社会效应的定量研究。

Study on Childcare Services under the Background of Two-child Policy: Review and Prospect

Based on the analysis of the concepts and types of childcare services, the author has done a literature review on childcare services at home and abroad from three aspects: theory, policy and empirical analysis.The result shows that, under the two-child policy, there are three shortcomings in the field of study on childcare services.First, it is short of theoretical guidance and empirical researches on the policies.Secondly, systematic researches on the supply and demand of childcare services are insufficient.Thirdly, there are no quantitative researches on the social effects of childcare services.
