| Abstract: | The Consciousness of "Youhuan"("忧患"意识,the consciousness of trying hard in order to guard against the difficulties) is always taken seriously and has a great impact on Chinese history and culture.It should be noted that the earliest origins of The Consciousness of "Youhuan" is in "The Book of History",and it is essentially a kind of historical consciousness,closely linked with "The Thought of Yinjian"("殷鉴"思想,the thought of "history can serve as a warning") and "The Concept of Xianwang"("先王"观念,the concept of esteeming and learning the great king of very old ancient).These three concepts together form the idea of the historical function in "The Book of History" as an organic whole,having a far-reaching effect on later generations. |
