智力投资推动社会发展的经济效应研究

智力投资是家庭及社会在培养具有智慧和能力的创新人才过程中所花费的代价,它能提高人的综合素质,改变其思想观念,产生社会推动效应。文章建立了"智力投资社会推动效应的多元回归"模型,并进行了实证研究,得出的结论是:2005—2009年,我国社会事业单位创造的国内生产总值(GDP)年均22 004.6亿元,智力投资提高了全民族的教育程度和人的综合素质,推动社会事业发展带来的经济效益为23.97%。它表明,我国"十二五"规划中加快社会建设、发展社会事业的方针和政策是正确的。

On the Economic Benefits of Intellectual Investment in Promoting Social Development

Intellectual investment is the cost paid by households and the society in cultivating intelligent and competent talents.It can not only improve the people’s all-round qualities and modify their ways of thinking,but also push forward social development.The paper establishes the "multiple regression model of the social promotion effect of intellectual investment",and takes the empirical research.The conclusion is researched: from 2005 to 2009,our public institutions have contributed an average GDP of 2,200.46 billion yuan per year,and intellectual investment has improved the level of education and all-round qualities of the whole nation and brought about 23.97% economic benefits in promoting the social undertakings development.The results show that the guideline and policy prescribed by our "Twelfth Five-Year Plan" to accelerate social construction and develop social undertakings are correct.
