构建"表演型上访"的解释框架,旨在解释作为"弱者"的上访人采用何种武器进行利益表达的问题。上访人之所以采取"表演"的方式来作为上访的武器,与上访目标的确定性和结果的不确定性有关,而深层次的根源还在于国家宏观的政治结构与上访治理方式的非制度化特性。上访过程的表演性凸显,给信访的制度化吸纳增添了障碍。因此,推动实施宏观政治结构的变迁与制度化的信访治理方式刻不容缓。

The aim to construct the frame of the "performing petition" is to explain the issue that what kind of weapon the weak petitioners use to express the benefit.It is relevant to the certain goal and uncertain result of the petition for the petitioners to take "performing way" as the contentious weapon.The deep-seated cause is the national macro-politic structure and the non-institutionalized governing way of petition.The adoption of institutionalized petition is often prevented by the performance emerging in the course of the petition.Therefore,it is very urgent to drive the transformation of macro-politic structure and the execution of institutionalized governing way of petition.
