多维视角的企业创新绩效评价体系研究

摘    要:基于对创新评价指导原则的探讨,论题对比分析了能力角度、过程角度、投入产出角度和运作机制角度的企业创新绩效评价体系,探讨了不同绩效评价体系的特点和适用条件,并结合著名跨国银行的实践,分析了创新评价体系的实施与运用,对广大企业的创新绩效评价活动具有一定指导意义.
