大学生网络社团存在的问题与对策

随着全球网络化、信息化的飞速发展,网上虚拟社团在大学生中悄悄地形成、壮大和发展,已成为高等院校学生教育管理工作面对的一个新课题。笔者探讨了大学生网络社团的现状,分析了大学生网络社团的虚拟性强、互动能力强、活动隐蔽性强、管理难度大等4个特点以及积极影响和消极影响,提出了从文化氛围营造、专题网站建设、管理制度健全和网络技术手段等4个方面引导大学生网络社团健康发展的建议。

Problems and Countermeasures of College Students' Network Associations

With the rapid development of globe networking and informationization, the virtual network associations have been developing among college students, which has also become a new task for college administrative system. By exploring the current situation of college students＂ network associations, this paper analyzes the four characteristics, virtualization, interaction, concealment, and difficulty for administration. Besides, the positive and passive impacts of network associations are disscussed, based on which four suggestions are put forward in respect of creating cultural atmosphere, building sub-categorized websites, improving the administrative system, and adopting sufficient network techniques, etc.
