语言学研究的认知观

认知语言观将语言看作以大脑为物质载体的内部语言。它的心智哲学属性既不是硬派，也不是软派。认知观既研究内部语言的特征、结构、功能和能力操作之间的关系，也自觉用科学理论原则约束自己。认知观指导下的语符模式以认知层次语言学理论为基础，兼蓄系统功能语法、概念语义学、认知语法各模式的长处。它模拟的范围包括话用推理、语言表达形式以及两者间的认知操作。

The cognitive perspective of linguistic study

Viewed from the cognitive perspective, language is viewed as an internalized one whichis physically actualized by the brain. This perspective is based on neither the tough-minded school nor thetender-minded school of philosophy. It not only studies the relationships among features, structures, functions and performance of internalized languge, but also is subjected to the principles of scientific theory.The model guided by the perspective is based on the cognitive-stratificational theory. Also it absorbs someviews of systemic functional grammar, conceptual semantics and various cognitive grammars. It attempts tomodel pragmatic inference, linguistic expressions, and the coghtive operation between the two.
