| 摘 要： | 冷链物流近年来发展很快，特别是以肉制品、速冻食品、乳制品等为代表的食品需求的增加，冷链物流企业和专业冷库得到重视，冷链信息技术和标准化的工作逐步推进，文章针对目前冷链的监管机制、经营主体等问题进行相应的对策研究，提出加快标准化的工作和冷链物流人才的培养。
