| 摘 要： | 教育公平属于社会公平范畴,是建设和谐社会的重要途径。文章从教育公平的内容入手,分析目前制度安排下存在的教育不公现象,希望借助公共教育政策改革的推动和机制创新,克服教育不公带来的实质危害和消极影响,促进教育的公平性,从而保障社会公平,推进社会的和谐发展。
