| 摘 要： | 随着经济全球化的兴起和知识经济的到来,当今世界各国的竞争,越来越发展成为技术创新能力和知识产权的竞争。自主创新能力和知识产权正成为当今世界最重要的战略资源。随着国际知识产权制度的不断完善,知识产权制度对技术创新活动产生了全方位多层次的深远影响。知识产权制度对技术创新活动的作用机制可分为四个方面:技术创新竞争机制、技术创新合作机制、技术扩散机制以及技术标准化机制。

| Abstract: | Along with the rise of know-based economy,the competition on technology innovation ability and intellectual property became the main competition between different countries.In this article,the author argued that the mechanism of intellectual property on technology innovation can be divided into four parts: technology innovation competition mechanism,technology innovation cooperation mechanism,technology diffusion mechanism and technology standardization mechanism. |
