The Paradox of Government Economic Behavior——The third cause of slow-down of Chinese ecanomic refonn

Most of the theoretical issues of economic reform in China have been virtually clarified after twenty years of discussion. What is left is how government is to do it. The success or failure of government economic behavior is contingent on the success and speed of economic reform in China. This article discusses the manifestations, causes, and solutions of actual problems of the paradox of government economic behavior, the purpose of which is to sum up experience and reduce the possibilities of mistakes.
