| 摘 要： | 素质教育的内涵必须以现代化理论为参照系来理解。现代化主要是要有具有现代意识的人,而法治意识是现代意识的标志,所以大学素质教育应在法治意识的培养上下工夫。通过从法律、权利、责任、宽容、程序五个方面对大学生法治意识进行的问卷调查表明,其结果喜忧参半。其原因值得探讨和深思。

| Abstract: | The meaning of quality education should be based on the theory of modernization,and to have people with modern ideas is essential in modernization.The awareness for the rule of law is the mark of modernization's conscience,so the quality education of university students should concentrate efforts on the culture of the conscience for the rule of law.By using a questionaire to survey the university students' awareness for rule of law from law,rights,responsibility,toleration,and procedure.This article gets a result mingled with hope and fear. |
