从国内法与国际法的比较看国际法的等级性

当今世界各国在客观上存在着地位和实力的差异，主观上都在尽力利用国际规则维护自身利益，甚至表现出强国对弱国的强制。在等级性(或阶级性)视角下，国际法是参与国反复强调本国意志和利益，经过较量、博弈等过程最终妥协的结果，也因而致使国际法对各国意志和利益的表现程度有所不同。较之于国内法，国际法以国家利益为主要内容，自我舍弃性更强，更易于被忽视等。

On the Class Characters of International Law by Comparing Domestic Law and International Law

Objectively, every country differs in national power and international status and all are actively endeavoring to safeguard their own interests through international regulations, the fact of which is even demonstrated by the use of force. From class perspective, international laws are final compromises among the participating countries after coordinating and negotiating with each other, emphasizing their own interests. Comparing to the domestic law, the class character of international law is mainly characterized as national interest, more self-devotion and more concealment.
