| Abstract: | The cyclic utilization of resources is the task as well as the goal in the construction of a two-oriented society and the development of cyclic economy.This paper summarizes the main achievements in the cyclic utilization of resources in Zhuzhou and analyzes current problems.Some systems such as industry-oriented system,eco-compensation system,rewards and punishment system,technological innovation system which are favorable to the cyclic utilization of resources are also discussed. |
