| 摘 要： | 码头作业费 (THC)是随着集装箱运输方式的出现而产生的概念 ,自上世纪 80年代在欧洲出现时起就一直是船货双方争论的焦点。本文将结合实务中THC的操作情况对其含义和法律性质做几点探讨。

Since 1980s', with its emergence in Europe, THC has always b een a focus of dispute between shipowners and shippers. This article tries to a nalyze from the perspective of THC collection in practice and discuss the proble m of signification and legal character of THC. |
