传统国家本质理论的反思与重构

传统的马克思主义国家本质理论是有历史局限的。在新的时代条件下,有必要进一步丰富和发展马克思主义的国家本质理论。我们可以尝试这样定义国家,即国家是人类社会发展到阶级社会以后,在一定地域上,以暴力为后盾,由并非基于血缘关系的一定人群,通过多种方式建立的一种内部利益并不完全均衡的阶级性的社会政治共同体,它的公共权力,既可能被用于公共的目的,也可能被某些个人、公共机关、社会集团、政党操控,沦为狭隘利益的工具。

Rethinking and Restructuring of the Traditional Theory of State Essence

There are some historic limitations in the Marxist traditional theory of state essence.Under the new era and conditions,It is necessary to enrich and develop Marxist theory of state essence.We may try to give a definition to the state like this: state is one kind of social and political community,which has been set up by some groups without blood relationship at some region backing on violence after the human society turning into one with class differences.On the one hand its power can be used for public goals,on the other hand it may be controlled by some persons,public organizations,social interest groups,parties,and become the tools of narrow benefits.
