| 摘 要： | 国内对产业国际竞争力的研究起步于20世纪90年代中期，近些年来取得较大进展。要想更好地展开产业国际竞争力的研究，产业国际竞争力内涵的界定是一个重要的理论基础。不同产业具有不同的性质和特点，如果产业国际竞争力概念界定不够清晰，将会直接导致相关研究的结论出现一定的偏差。本文重点探讨了造纸产业国际竞争力的内涵。
