A daring attempt at reforming in classroom teaching method of Biochemistry has been made in order to achieve the goal that students' initiative in studying be brought into full play and lay equal stress on imparting knowledge and developing intelligence in the course of the classroom teaching, namely, in accordance with the content and characteristic of course, teacher and students lecture jointly in classroom teaching. Moreover, the multimedia technology has been applied in all classroom teaching. The proposed method in this paper has been put into practice with satisfactory results.
