中原经济区建设中新型城镇化的文化跟进

文化的一体化既是推动城乡一体化发展的有机组成部分，亦是推进新型城镇化积极、稳妥、高质量发展的内在要求。调查显示，当前中原经济区新型城镇化的文化建设还存在理念规划缺失、集体活动匮乏、产品有效性不足、设施普及率及利用率低、服务管理相对滞后等问题。需要通过进一步明确文化建设的理念和规划、丰富文化产品和文化活动的供给、平衡城乡公共文化设施的配置、建立完善的文化建设投入机制等，推动新型城镇化进程中文化建设的有序跟进和协调发展。

New Pattern Urbanization Issues for the Cultural Follow-up While Developing the Central Plains Economic Region

Cultural integration is not only an integral part to promote urban-rural integration development, andbut also an inner requirement to advance the positive, safe, high quality development of new patternurbanization. The survey shows that there are many problems in the current cultural construction of new patternurbanization in the central plains economic zone, such as being lack of idea planning and collective activities,being deficient in product availability and coverage and utilization of facilities, and being short of servicemanagement. Therefore, there are a lot to do, including further clarifying the ideas and planning of the culturalconstruction, enriching the supply of cultural products and cultural activities, balancing rural and urbandisposition of the public cultural facilities, establishing and perfecting the investment mechanism of culturalconstruction while promoting a new urbanization to follow up the process of urbanization and coordinateddevelopment.
