| 摘 要： | 检察权独立具有丰富的内涵，除了作为原则的检察权独立，还包括检察权的外部独立和内部独立、检察权的责任独立、检察权主体独立等内容。当前强化我国检察权的独立行使，既需要保障检察权的外部独立，也需要加强检察队伍专业化建设，从强化检察权责任独立着手进行改革。

| Abstract: | Independence of Procuratorial power indicates rich connotation including the principle independence of prosecutorial power, external and internal independence of the power, independence of the responsibility of prosecutorial power, and independence of subjects. To strengthen independence of procuratorial power, it is necessary to keep external independence of the power and to strengthen the construction of procuratorial professional team, and it is an effective approach to begin the refrom by strengthening independence of procuratorial subject. |
