| 摘 要： | 老年聊天会发源于城市社区，近年来深受高校老年群体的关注和欢迎。与社会上的老年聊天会相比，高校老年聊天会表现出更加鲜明的特点：聊天内容的深广性；内在运转的相对严密性；政治上的高度自觉性。高校老年聊天会是离退休教职工自我教育、自我提高的载体，是理论学习和组织生活形式的转移和延续，必将在一定时期内合理存在并有所发展。对于高校老年聊天会今后的发展，老龄工作部门应该提高思想认识，加大扶持力度，注重信息收集，提供决策参考，密切关注导向，适当加以引导。

| Abstract: | Chat-gathering for the aged,which originates from the urban community,is popular among the elderly in universities in these years.Compared with chat-gathering for the aged in general,chat-gathering for the aged in universities presents evident characteristics: the significance in chat content,the rigorousness in inherent operation and the consciousness in politics.It is also the carrier of self-education and self-promoting for the retired faculty.For its further development,departments for the aged should enhance ideological cognition,strengthen the support,pay attention to information collecting,provide decision-making reference,pay close attention to development orientation,and give correct guidance. |
